Our client is growing rapidly and searching for experienced enterprise sales representatives to help capture our momentum. In this role you will work directly with Management to influence company sales strategies, build sales pipeline, and ultimately close new customers. If you've been working in Enterprise Sales for several years and are ready to have a stronger voice in an organization, this is your role. An ideal candidate will have sold enterprise SaaS solutions and have experience navigating Pilot and RFP processes with a demonstrated track record of hitting quota and growing responsibilities.


  • Prospect for new accounts, secure appointment, determine needs, deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms and conditions, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Focus exclusively on new business/new account acquisition.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify decision makers within targeted companies to begin sales process and create new opportunities.
  • Track customer information, forecasts, and reports in CRM, managing records through the Sales process.
  • As part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be selling our document management and regulatory solutions into our top Enterprise accounts and prospects.
  • You will be personally closing and measured on individual sales into customers and prospects.
  • Manage and coordinate new inbound leads generated by our Sales Development Representatives.
  • Effectively leverage internal resources (Senior Executives, Presales, Professional Services, Legal) in Sales campaigns and opportunities.
  • The role will predominantly be home office based but may require some travel to customer and prospect sites as part of the sales cycle.


  • BA/BS in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years Enterprise Sales experience selling software, solutions, and consulting services, preferably in the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) space or related technologies.
  • Selling technology or software solutions to pharmaceutical, contract research organizations (CRO) or biotech companies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to leverage common sense, logic and instinct.
  • Ambitious and comfortable taking initiative
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency, and can work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must have successful experience identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships with various levels throughout an organization.
