Under the supervision of Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Generalist supports administration of Human Resource functions of eFA Division and operations of eFA. Human Resource Generalist assists Human Resource Manager in the Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Benefits, Compliance, Termination, and Safety and serves as a link between management and employees.


  • Assist HR Manager handle employee disciplinary actions and advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Promote positive and supportive relationship among employees and between managers and employees

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Recruit and hire new employees based on the hiring manager’s needs
  • Contract with outside vendors to provide temporary employees
  • Training and Development:
  • Administer new hire orientation to educate company culture, policies and procedures and benefits


  • Prepare invoices for payment
  • Answer to any benefits inquiries and explain how the benefits work by understanding each benefit program


  • Minimize risk and liability by ensuring applicable local, state and federal employment laws are adhered to


  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reason behind separations


  • Work with Divisional Safety Manager to prepare reports for insurance carrier and process Worker’s Compensation or Accident claims and manage worker’s compensation cases


  • Assist HR Manager with work permit for future projects and employment visas
  • Provide counseling, advice and recommendations to assist both management and employees covering HR related questions and concerns
  • Assist HR Manager with performance review to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization
  • Basic knowledge of products and culture and semiconductor field
  • Japanese Language (Read, Write and Speak) (Preferred)

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Visio) (Required)
  • ADP (Required)


  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of Human Resources / Administrative experiences
  • Experience supporting diverse employees in multiple geographic locations, domestically and internationally
