REQUIREMENTS
- Develop a strong knowledge of our customers, our business, our competition, and the industry.
- Regularly communicate with customers (with support from our Product Managers) and internal stakeholders to get feedback on requirements.
- Collect and analyze a variety of data (e.g. industry, competitive, customer and stakeholder feedback) and with guidance, identify key themes and validate assumptions on the product/data.
- Participate in requirements and design sessions with Customer Success, UX, and Development teams.
- Identify gaps in processes, opportunities for improvement, and automation and creates documentation to support training and alignment (both internal and external).
- Use data to validate product roadmap priorities.
- Assist product team with sprints from ideation through deployment including identifying client need, designing, and validating concepts, developing epics and user stories, and managing to a budget.
- Be a strategic partner and work with business stakeholders to define high impact analytical problems and find innovative ways to solve problems with data.
- Help set up customer validation testing of designs and help run data discovery sessions.
- Clearly communicate product value and use cases to business/ client stakeholders; writes & gives short presentations; leads and facilitates business process group trainings.
- Develop comprehensive user stories documentation and lead overall execution with Technology and Testing partners.
- Present data and decisions to Product Managers to help them prepare for product reviews and training sessions.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies including daily standups .
- Work with Product Managers to define vision and strategy for products launch plans and own assigned components of the plan.
- Participate in managing product backlogs (in JIRA or Azure DevOps) and provide impact analysis of client issues to determine priority.
