The primary responsibility of the Identify Access Management (IAM) Manager is to play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the identity and access controls for all users within our organization, ensuring that our systems and data remain secure. This also includes implementing and maintaining robust IAM policies and procedures, managing and responding to security incidents, and leading the development of policies, standards, and procedures related to access security systems.

You will be in charge of the IAM program, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and industry best practices while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements. Additionally, you will guide team members to understand and perform according to established guidelines. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management Manager  (IAM) or a related field.
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure authorized users have appropriate access to company systems, data, and applications.
  • Manage the administration and maintenance of access security systems, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Develop and implement innovative technical solutions to address threats facing the organization and stay up-to-date with the latest IAM technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards by enforcing policies that support these requirements as part of the IAM program management.
  • Strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to both IT management and business stakeholders in a consumable fashion
  • Domain expertise for IAM, including improving the domain knowledge capabilities of the team members
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall security posture.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions.
  • Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Experience in IT security or associated field.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access control models, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies, such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Experience in managing and responding to security incidents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred –Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP).

  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify access requirements and design appropriate access control measures.
  • Perform regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and role change processes for employees, ensuring the appropriate access rights are granted or revoked based on job functions.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on IAM-related issues, such as access requests, password resets, and authentication problems.
  • Oversee the integration of new applications, systems, and services into the IAM infrastructure.
  • Monitor and analyze IAM system logs to detect potential security threats and incidents.
  • Respond to and manage security incidents, collaborating with other teams as needed to ensure a coordinated and effective response.
  • Develop and deliver IAM awareness training to employees, promoting a culture of security within the organization.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in IAM to ensure the ongoing improvement of the company's IAM program.
  • Support organizational change by staying informed of the state of the enterprise user directory and adapting the IAM program accordingly.
  • Perform job duties in a safe manner.
